The Artist's Den
An empty canvas, an unoccupied attic, and zero inspiration has left this easel idle for months.
Let's see what we can do to fill in the blanks...
Start with a light sketch and base paint…
Add the blue for sky…
Paint in the lake shore and sand…
Lighten the sky, soften the sand…
Illustrate the boardwalk and outline the subject..
Fill in the green…
It's autumn; highlight the trees in orange and gold…
Give life to the runner...
Touch ups, touch ups, touch ups…
Let's not forget the stamp of approval…
Et Voila..!
I'll call it…
"The Boardwalk Run"
